Cartotecnica Olimpia joins the Lucaprint Group

Lucaprint announces the acquisition of Cartotecnica Olimpia S.p.A.

The company, founded in Turin at the end of the 60s by Luciano Masconi, has specialised over time in the production of boxes with a saw for aluminium foil, baking paper and cling film.

This company, with a strong international vocation, is present in the main European markets, including: France, England and Denmark, where it supplies the major producers of kitchen foil and cling film.

Cartotecnica Olimpia’s clientele is made up of European companies, which prefer professional, flexible and competent suppliers.

The company’s governance will be strengthened thanks to the inclusion of new members of the Lucaprint group on the Board of Directors, who will work alongside Dr Emilio Ebana, the new CEO of the company, with many years of experience in the sector, and Marco Masconi who will continue in the role of commercial director with the aim of overseeing and further developing the Italian and foreign markets.

With this operation, Lucaprint strengthens its position in the highly specialised market of cases for cling film. The acquisition is part of the company strategy to increase its presence abroad and offer increasingly qualified services to companies.
