Requirement
The powder glue packaging had to guarantee a perfect hermetic seal, eliminating material leakage, while integrating a built-in dispensing system to remove the need for additional plastic accessories.
Results
The final solution developed for SEMIN required several targeted optimizations. Thanks to a double layer of cardboard, the opening transforms into a measuring lid with internal printing for precise dosing. The labyrinth closure prevents product dispersion after the packaging stages. The result is an innovative and functional packaging that posed a stimulating design and manufacturing challenge, while fully meeting the client’s requirements.
