Industrialisation of the product
Product industrialisation is a strategic phase where technical expertise and process optimisation meet to guarantee efficiency and quality. Starting with the definition of the multi-position die layout, the industrialisation department studies the best configuration to maximise material yield and simplify the subsequent production phase.
Pre-press
Decades of experience and continuous technological renewal make the pre-press department the starting point for the highest quality of the final product.
Printing
The Lucaprint Group has always been present on the market with technologically advanced offset machines. At present, our printing presses with in-line coating ensure a production potential that can satisfy every customer need, whether graphic or paper converting.
Finishing and special processing
The use of special materials, finishing processes, with gloss and matt varnishing, embossed prints reproducing nuances of light and shading, whatever the product to be produced, have now become distinctive elements of packaging that must capture the attention of the end consumer.

Die-cutting
Our production lines are fully integrated in the various departments with formats of 70×100, 100×140 up to 160×120 cm. The machine park in the die-cutting department allows us to meet all our customers’ needs.
Window patching
Sensitive to the ever-increasing and diversified requirements of the national and international market, we have equipped ourselves with a window patching department capable of offering a rapid and quality service within the production process.
Edging
The company has several edging lines for applying blade to cardboard boxes. The ‘EcoEdge’ technology allows, at high production rates, the application of blades in white, transparent or metallised PET, paper or biopolymer. The application is aimed at both the domestic and professional sectors.
Folding and Gluing
There are five machines that make up the Lucaprint Group’s folding-gluing department, which has recently been refurbished with state-of-the-art equipment. We offer a wide variety of cardboard solutions with maximum flexibility for every type of product.
