TEAM LAB - LUCAPRINT PUT PEOPLE FIRST

The first edition of #teamlab by Lucaprint has just ended, involving 25 of our colleagues from all production, logistics, and office departments. During these three enriching days held in May and June, we divided ourselves into five groups and addressed five topics that are very important to us: Corporate Well-being, Corporate Communication, Sustainability, Attracting People, and Customer Experience. Each group, assisted by Filippo Messuri, Davide Trombetta, Ivan Maragno, Roberto Poli, and Paola Bertorelle, effectively assessed the current state and, after delving into the various topics, put forward improvement proposals.

They presented the results of their work to the gathered colleagues in a plenary session, in the presence of Alberto Luca and Alessandro Luca, who took part at the last meeting. Many of the ideas that emerged from the work of these groups will soon become #reality. Thanks to the people of Lucaprint for the commitment and energy they have put into these intense days. A special thanks to Paola Bertorelle, Marco Alessi, and Alessia Bergamin from Gmaconsulting for accompanying us on this exciting journey, and to CUOA Business School for hosting us at the beautiful Villa Morosini in Altavilla Vicentina.
