TEAMLAB | LUCAPRINT PUT PEOPLE AT THE CENTER

The second edition of #TeamLab by Lucaprint has recently concluded with another 31 colleagues over these 3 days of outdoor training at the CUOA headquarters in Altavilla. We worked on our ability to collaborate as a team, experimenting with an effective work method derived from the Lean philosophy to identify current problems, analyze them, and propose improvement solutions. The 6 groups, composed of colleagues from different departments and offices, focused on key company issues, presenting concrete improvement actions to the management.
Once again, we chose to listen to and activate our #People, and once again, we are grateful for the #richness and #value of the ideas they shared. Thanks also to Filippo Messuri, Davide Trombetta, Ivan Maragno, Roberto Poli, Marianna Chemello, as well as to Paola Bertorelle, Alessia Bergamin from GMA Consulting for supporting and facilitating the groups' work.
