Lucaprint Spa took part in the Frigiolini & Partners Merchant Workshop on 3-4 October in Villasimius, the annual event that brings together the financial community and industry professionals. On this occasion Alberto Luca, president of Lucaprint, presented a preview of the second short term minibond of the Vicenza-based company operating in the quality packaging sector, which will be placed shortly at Borsa Italiana's ExtraMot Pro.
In October, a 1,000,000 euro bond loan called the "Minibond Short Term Lucaprint" will be listed on the regulated market and will be signed exclusively by Professional investors. It is a tool that also allows unlisted companies to access fresh capital thanks to investor confidence in innovative companies that know how to operate actively on the market.
